Опять же, с точки зрения глобалистских элит обязательным sine qua non, «без чего невозможно» элементом такого переноса должно стать перемирие между Россией и Украиной на их, западных условиях. То есть с достижением максимально возможного зазора между ними и предложениями «ультиматума Зубкова».
